Sarah is joint Head Honcho with Chris. The dream team started Flair in 2012 having worked together for many years in beauty recruitment.
Sarah started her very successful career in Retail following studying at St Martins in London. She then went on to work for the Estee Lauder group of Companies and also House of Fraser at Store Management level.
Sarah left retail to bring up her twin boys Jack and Charlie now 14 and then decided to edge back in to the world of work and joined a Beauty Recruitment Company.
When Sarah isn’t busy managing Flair and organising her children’s multiple sporting commitments, you will find her rearranging and adding to her rather extensive dressing room… a sneaky peak in the designer fashion section is simply too much of a temptation on client store visits!
Christina is Co Founder and Director of Flair. Christina has almost 30 year’s experience in the industry with a career in the world of luxury brands managing Beauty Retail on a National level and, earlier on in her career, promotional sales in Harrods & Selfridges and working within the Fashion Designer Wholesale Industry. As a student she trained in dance and Musical Theatre so can be partial to the odd pirouette when the mood takes her!
Now that Flair is firmly established as a Leader in it’s field, Christina thrives from the buzz and atmosphere of working with a vibrant fun team and the excitement of heading up Promotional and Active Selling Events for Major brands.
As a married busy mum of 2 teenagers, life is pretty hectic but as in her own words “The secret to a happy work/life balance is Organisation, speedy WIFI and a sympathetic husband”!
Sharon is Retail Director for Flair and is in her fourth year with the company.
Sharon has worked on all sides of the retail industry for the past 27 years, starting in-store for family run department store Beales, and then as Brand Manager for Topshop in Oxford Circus.
Moving to Recruitment and then on to area management with Coty and the Estee Lauder companies, Sharon certainly knows the in’s and outs of the industry! Outside of work, Sharon is kept busy running around after her 3 year old twin boys and husband!
Craig has a wealth of experience in the luxury recruitment and training industry. In his previous role he was in charge of running assessment centres at Harrods for Recruitment Partners & Co, as well as training agency staff in exceptional customer service and fine fragrance.
Craig has been fortunate enough to represent some of the worlds most luxurious brands including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior and Hermes in store and has managed staff at prestigious fashion events across London.
Craig moved from Scotland to London at the age of 18 and studied Musical Theatre at the Performers College. He has performed as a singer and actor across the UK, Europe and America. His previous career in the arts has prepared him well for public speaking and allowed him to immerse himself into well known brands and projects with a creative and innovative mindset.
Jacqueline is a multi-cultural member of the Flair team having grown up in Aberdeen, London and Dubai. Having studied Corporate Communications at University, Jacqueline realised her passion was beauty therapy and make up artistry so went on to study and qualify in these areas. Her practical knowledge and ability to communicate to consultants and clients alike make her a perfect addition to Flair.
When she’s not in the office, Jacqueline loves to travel – she was a flight attendant for several years so has been lucky enough to travel far and wide. She also keeps her make up skills up to date by attending master classes whenever she can. With a love of R&B music and bars, she is a busy girl!
Well… Carnie certainly is a very busy and talented lady! With a love of Fine Arts, and having studied Textiles at University, Carnie decided to turn this love and talent to Creative Make-up which resulted in a 10 year career working for major brands all over the UK. Carnie has also worked as a Fragrance Specialist in Australia – with the odd stint as a Banana Farmer – why not?!
When she’s not immersed in the Beauty industry, Carnie spends a lot of her time fundraising for Breast Cancer Awareness which has included taking part in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge.
Remarkably Carnie manages to find time to explore the world hunting her favourite beverage, coffee! Her passion for the perfect brew has led her to Columbia and Vietnam amongst many other countries and continents.
Carnie brings a new exuberance to the Flair family and we love the fact that we have an expert in charge of the kettle when we need a caffeine boost on busy mornings.
Kandi is our Area Account Manager for the Central & South East team. Coming from a retail background, Kandi has impressive experience of all thing’s customer service, running a business and making sure customers get the best experience ever, and she can now pass that knowledge on and help support all our fabulous Flair Consultants.
Kandi is very used to a fast-paced work and personal life and when she’s not managing our Consultants she’s running around after her 3 and 8 year old kids. Sometimes she’s not sure which is easier! Fortunately, Kandi adores both (apart from the mountain of plastic toys at home) and has one very simple way to chill after a hectic day…. a bar of wholenut chocolate and a good TV Box Set!
Sally is our resident Black Country lass and keeps our Midlands Clients and temp team happy, busy and working.
Sally is in the very fortunate position of working in an industry she adores! Having worked for Dior for 10 years, winning Consultant of the Year, and as Area Manager for Puig, before moving in to beauty recruitment, her passion for beauty and fragrance oozes out of Sally – and her cosmetics bag!
Really her first passion in life is her gorgeous son, Jenson, but he’s still in training with the make-up brushes… oh yes, and there’s the Rum thing as well… but that’s not something we speak about in work hours…!
Rebecka is one of our cosmetic retail guru’s having worked in the industry for over 18 years.
Rebecka is another one of the gym loving team who put those more lethargic amongst us to shame… she also loves a challenge and has completed her Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award as well as complete for the Leeds Swim Team.
Not content with sporting challenges, Rebecka had a mad moment and decided to add a little more interest in to her life with the addition of Hettie, her one year old Cavachon puppy. Good luck with that Rebecka!
Jillian has worked for Flair for nearly 5 years and has been in and out of the beauty industry since 1998.
Starting off as a promotional consultant in Glasgow working with all high end brands, Jillian then swapped to the Beauty Recruitment industry a few years later. Her experience on both sides of the fence means Jillian has an excellent understanding of the business and our clients.
Jillian is also a professional photographer having ran her own photography business for over 10 years doing weddings and portraiture. She is a very family orientated person who loves nothing more than spending the weekends with her husband and 2 children where no one gets any rest!
There is always something on the agenda from football, swimming, dancing, netball or shopping, and when everyone’s nicely exhausted, you’ll find Jillian recovering on the sofa with a take-away and Netflix!
Chloe joins the Flair family as Area Manager for the South West. Having lived and grown up in Cardiff and having had a 10 year stint in Bristol, she certainly knows the area very well.
Despite a degree in Childhood Studies (which she employs regularly with her two children) Chloe “fell in to” beauty retail when she became an Area Manager for Kenneth Green Associates and hasn’t left the industry since, which is a good thing as she loves it so much!
When she can, Chloe loves getting out in the fresh air and on the beach. Waterskiing and tennis are her great passions in life – although clearly not at the same time!
Head Office Team
Eva is a very important part of Flair as she is in charge of the money! Eva works with her team to make sure the hundreds of Beauty Consultants working out in stores on a weekly basis submit their timesheets and get paid on time every Friday – no mean feat! With many years experience in accountancy, all those Beauty Consultants couldn’t be in better hands…
When not counting the pennies, Eva loves to go skiing with her family back in Poland and also really enjoys practicing yoga at home and in weekly classes. Another member of the team with a furry friend, Eva has a 3 year old miniature Schnauzer – Basil who makes sure she never sits still!
Sharon is the ‘Flair Mother’. Not only does she keep the busy team organised and happy but she also does the same at home for her 2 sons and numerous cats!
Sharon has been with Flair for many years and her knowledge of the beauty industry stems from her 26 year’s experience working as Manager of the Lauder Bureau.
When she’s not playing the role of Mother Hen, Sharon loves musical theatre and ‘Real Housewives’ of everywhere! Sharon claims she’s always on a diet – a Rose diet that is….!
Sonia has been with Flair for 4 years. Having started as an Account Manager, Sonia has since moved to the role of Payroll Administrator and helps Eva with the mammoth task of making sure all of our Beauty Consultants are paid each week.
Sonia loves cooking and her creations keep everyone’s mouths watering at the delicious smells every lunchtime in the office!
When she’s not in the kitchen, Sonia loves nothing more than heading out for dinner and dancing with her friends. Being the sensible girl she is though, Sonia swims to counter the effects of all that food!
Simona hails from Romania and came to the UK nearly 3 years ago having studied mathematics at university. Moving to the UK has been a bit of a whirlwind for Simona, she has met and become engaged to her fiancé, Paul and is getting married back in Romania later this year. The irony is that although they met via Facebook in the UK, it turns out they lived only a few roads away from each other back home!
Simona has total OCD which comes in very handy in her role as Administrator helping Eva and Sonia in the back office and with payroll. Simona also loves cooking traditional dishes – her speciality is Sarmale which is basically stuffed cabbage leaves!
