CASE STUDY - Rhianna Make-Up Launch (Harvey Nichols)
Flair Retail were delighted to be working with Fenty in September 2017 to launch the new make-up range by Rhianna at Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh and Birmingham.
This was an exciting project for all the Flair Consultants involved and having been sworn to secrecy, and gone through two days of intense training, the team were ready super early to take their places in the two branches of Harvey Nichols.
With a special 7am opening time, the high profile launch gained much press attention and the Rhianna fans were queuing to get the first tranche of products launched on to the market.
With up to nine Flair Consultants in each team, the girls set about actively traffic stopping, offering make-overs and colour matching clients to the new products. They quickly sold out of some lines and did an excellent job promoting and explaining the products to the customers.
Our Consultants were wonderfully calm and professional under considerable pressure from the excited, demanding customers who were up to four deep at the counter most days! Sales exceeded an amazing average of £800 a day!
CASE STUDY - Baccarat Rouge Launch (Harrods)
The Flair team were set a challenge by Orange Square to launch Baccarat Rouge, the new fragrance from Maison Francis Kurdijan, in Harrods over a 10 day period in April 2018.
Our fabulous fragrance experts Alina & Luilia were set the task of achieving a site target of £20,000 within the 10 day sales window!
Not only did their expert knowledge and excellent sales ability result in them achieving the target, but they pushed the ceiling to achieve 55% over target, selling £31,000 of the new fragrance Baccarat Rouge.
