Sarah is joint Owner and Director of Flair - Sarah started her very successful career in Retail many moons ago and has worked for the Estee Lauder group of Companies and also House of Fraser at Store Management level. When Sarah isn’t busy managing Flair and organising her children’s multiple sporting commitments, you will find her rearranging and adding to her rather extensive dressing room... a sneaky peak in the designer fashion section is simply too much of a temptation on client store visits!

Christina is Co Founder and Director of Flair with over 25 years experience within the beauty retail industry. In this fast paced environment , Christina alongside her work wife Sarah are both very hands on in the day to day running of their business and always love a challenge! In a previous life before marriage , family , kids and carnage... she trained in dance and musical theatre so is still partial to the odd pirouette when the mood takes her!
